has dark
purple,
almost black
leaves with
compact
purple
stems. In

heads of
pinkish,
purple
flowers.

is wonderful

landscape.

Outstanding
Perennial
Plant Award
from the
International

2002.

full sun in
well-drained
soil. It
will
tolerate
most soil
types and is
drought
resistant.
